相亲不老兄弟姐妹们:

I have passed my Lifesaving 1, 2 & 3 course last week. I proceed on with my Bronze Medallion Qualifying Test yesterday where I was supposed to swim 50m and tow a victim back for another 50m in 3 mins 15secs. I completed this leg-crumping exercise in the time frame and was qualified to take my Bronze Medallion. However, too much water seemed to my head through my ears during the towing and now, my lungs and head seemed so heavy, blocked and water-filled.

In summary,

现在我 肺进水, 脑进水, 呼吸就肺痛, 头动脑也痛, 不动也随便痛, 常常脑缺氧, 心脏和身体快爆炸了!!!
