The "Better Late Than Never" Birthdays
My weekend was spent celebrating 2 people's birthdays - belated birthdays .
(Below) On Saturday, was Yew Boon's, who birthday was exactly 2 weeks back. We dine at Paragon 鼎泰丰and Swedson (Yes, again...). Birthdays are very good reasons to pull four of us together away from work during school days. :) So it is good that our birthdays mostly feel on school days and not school holiday. :) And these few people keep disturbing and irritating me. Never grow up... -_-"

On Sunday, Joel and Julie celebrated MY birthday and this was extremely 夸张 because my birthday was almost 2 months ago!!! Even my mum told me not to accept any more celebrations and presents cause my birthday was long over. But this is tradition. Every year, my varies birthday celebrations are celebrated very far apart. As usual, all my friends always say the same thing "present bought already, you just accept it la" or "You just don't say anything...".
We spent the entire day and night at a Japanese restaurant as well as Joel and my favorite, Soup Restaurant!!! Joel and I like food with alot of celery and spring onion (See below) and their famous Samsui Chicken (see below). Three of us ate more than a hundred bucks, Julie and Joel paid for everything and I already thanked them 1859 times and I still felt it was not enough.
(above) We took plenty of pictures here but I cannot share them. Most are hyper disgusting head shots photos of us stuffing the glass into our mouth and posing disgustingly. So, above are the very few decent photos with no gore content that can be shared. Enjoy... :)
Take this chance to wish all October Babies especially my Er Jie (now in Korea), Joel Lee(going India soon) and Chancy (now in London), A SUPER JOYFUL BIRTHDAY & SAFE AND SOUND WHEREEVER THEY ARE!!!

Hey! Which soup kitchen you went? I went to the one in hougang mall and the ginger chicken was.......... SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!! me and me another friend went to eat last week. spent about 45 bucks.. a little ex but still we enjoyed it alot... The crunchy ice cold lettuce.. the soft and smooth boneless chicken... and not forgetting the sweet tangy and 'umami' taste of the incredible sauce!!!!! Yum Yum!!!! Ha Ha! ok... Happy birthday to you too!
I went to the Paragon's. My weekends both days in Paragon. Kinda coindental. Thanks, you wish me liao that day... no need to rewish if not "Happy Birthday" will be no longer meaningful and become catogorised tgt with "Good Morning" and "Good Night".
DingTaiFeng's Cucumber is superb too. Yew Boon and I like it. But the quantity and price is totally crazy. $3.80 for a few pieces. Cucumber costs 30cents only and they gave us less than 30cents and value-add by 12x.
